Moittry don’t sale pins/accounts from office directly. We have appointed distributors nearby your area. Please contact to local distributors or resellers. If you don’t know one, please email us with your contact details and location. We will forward you the contact details of your nearest distributor or resellers.
How can I be a distributor of MOITTRY?
Well, our policy is only one distributor in a area. if there is a distributor already in your area, we are sorry we can’t provide you distributor account to sale in the same area. If you want reseller account, please contact to our local distributor for your best rate and service.
How can I be a reseller of MOITTRY?
Please be informed that we don’t provide reseller account from our office. Please contact to your local distributor for reseller account and for best rates. If there is no distributor in your area, please contact us we will provide you the details information about your nearest distributor.
What if the dialer is not registered?
There can be many issues behind it. Our suggestion is check is to check your internet connection. Try restarting the phone. If not resolved try to reinstall the app again. if Still not work, please contact to our support via email or submitting a contact us form. please provide us your account id, handset model and server name.
Dialer showing balane but call not going through?
Please check your reseller first. you may wish to contact with us through email. Please provide us your account id ( do not send password) and server name. We will help you to fix the problems.
